Mandeo. "Natural Pantry" certified by the Reserve of Las Mariñas Coruñesas and Terras do Mandeo.
Description: stay in the middle of nature to enjoy the landscape, ethnography and gastronomy of Sobrado, accompanied by a certified guide in the Biosphere Reserve Mark.
Itineraries: Visit to the Sobrado Monastery and its lagoon, forest baths, shiitake workshop with visit and participation in the cultivation. Route along the Roman road XIX and walk through the Roman camp of Ciadella.
